On the Rom Details dialog, if the Rom is unknown and the Core supports a GenerateGameDbEntry() method, show the button. When clicked it will add the Game Db entry to gamedb_user.txt, from which point it will be a known rom to the user. Implement this method on Atari 2600. Still TODO: allow them to pick the status instead of assuming "Good"

Cheats - address issue 148, instead of throwing an exception when attempting to add an out of range address, present an error message. One odd side effect is that it will add a separator instead, but I think that's acceptable for now.

Hex Editor - highlight "mis-alighned" selections properly that result from being on an odd-numbered address when switching to a higher data size. Also only highlight the portion of an address that is frozen in the case of viewing mutli-byte sizes while there are active cheats of smaller sizes.

add hack to work around windows or AMD bullshit: 1px border around screen in fullscreen mode to avoid flickering monitors and corrupting taskbar due to gamer speedhacks getting activated which actually put your system in fullscreen mode without us having asked for it. This could be turned into an option, if anyone notices.

LuaWriter LineNumbers now work with scrolling, fixed an exception that was happening if a keyword was longer than the length of the line it checked it against.
...
AutoCompleteView now resizes depending on how many items are in the list.

Lua - add a new way to do reflection to get method names, now the function list simply needs to match the method name, and the method name does not need to redundantly specificy the library name. Only the Bit library hooked up currenlty.

add a new tool to mainform, the batch runner. it's only enabled in INTERIM. it allows you to mass instantiate a bunch of emu cores and look for failure to load or exceptions on frame advance. it doesn't do all that much, but can easily be extended if any other devs are interested in it

update our newtonsoft json.net to version 5.0 release 8. this fixes up abstract class handling so that the CoreSettings can work correctly.
...
tweak Binding, RecentFiles, and PathEntry to work with the new serializer. on updating to this revision, you should be able to keep all config.ini settings except for hotkey bindings, path layouts, and recent files list.
start implementation of new CoreSettings and CoreSyncSettings. at the moment, it's only partially done for NES.

Remove SaveAs from IMovie, the only usage it had in that context was to make backups and was erroneously named in that context. Made is a Movie.cs implementation only and disabled the menu item option if the movie is a TasMovie (TAStudio will be in charge of backup logic)

Put in a movie check on the final catching of an exception. If a movie is active it will warn the user the app is about to close and give them a chance to save their movie. This feature is turned off in interim builds (since it is a use at your own risk test environment, and it would likely get in the way of development)

Refactor CheatList and Cheats to have changed event handlers, and have the client wire up an event handler to update all the relevant dialogs.

Rename IEmulator.ResetFrameCounter() to ResetCounts() as that is a more precise term since it resets frame and lag counter variables (and theoretically any other similar counters that could get implemented)
