renovate the firmware system. cores now have the ability to get firmware themselves, without needing to have files loaded or pass paths from the multiclient. users can select whatever firmware they want from the firmwares config dialog.

remove "SGB" systemid because its gonna cause a lot of trouble if we dont hook it up in a lot of places.. why can't we set it up as just a regular snes core? and run the sgb rom through the snes firmwares directory.

preliminary SGB support.
...
1) choose your SGB rom from the path config (should probably be an .smc file of about 256KB)
2) turn on Load GB as SGB from the GB menu.
3) load rom again.
To turn off, uncheck Load GB as SGB from the SGB menu.

disc subchannel Q calculation; make TOC a little more useful by adding TOCPoints which are easier to search than nested sessions, tracks, and indices; and change path browser to use a superior folder browser which lets you enter paths into a textbox. I refuse to click to navigate folders
