remove completely useless one-byte "archive" signature detectors which cause spurious results. we can no longer open roms in .flv or in .elf :(

add file signature to 7z wrapper code for iNES format so it can't be mis-recognized (castlevania 3 apparently resembles a tar file for some reason)

re-engineer HawkFile to be aware of archives. its a little more complex to use now (not only do you have to open it, you have to call one of the Bind() methods on it to choose an interior file), but its more powerful.
