Remove MemoryDomains from IEmulator into a new Interface, IMemoryDomains, Add this interface to existing cores, except null emulator (and removed memory domain related code from it). Refactored EmuHawk for ram tools to use an instance of IMemoryDomains rather than IEmulator, don't expose ram tools unless the core implements IMemoryDomains. Still a few misc todos, and probably some cleanup

IEmulator: clarify naming and implementations so it's clear that CloneSaveRam() always returns a clone that you can do whatever you want with (but won't modify the underlying)
